Dinosaur Day

Join in a fun-filled day of activities for the entire family.

Meet and interact with ‘Mighty T-Rex’ (provided by Jerseysaurus), a 15-foot-long, animatronic.  Families will also have the opportunity to make fossil rubbings, dig for fossils, join in live animal presentations, and sluice for gemstones.

Geologists and engineers from Rutgers University, Kean University, NSF, Exxon Mobile, the New Jersey Paleontological Society and the US Geological Survey will also be on hand to share what modern geologists learn about dinosaurs and the history of the Earth.
